Knowing your worth means walking away from people who drain you, belittle you, or make you question your brilliance. It’s understanding that cutting off toxic relationships isn’t cruel—it’s necessary. Because when you clear the space, you make room for people who will cherish, respect, and uplift you.

Love Yourself Daily

Loving yourself is a daily practice. Some days, it’s easy. Other days, it means making hard choices that prioritize your well-being. But every time you choose yourself—every time you say no to disrespect or yes to your own growth—you’re reinforcing a powerful message: I am enough. Just as I am.
